Where is the Outcry?

Transcript from the Radio Series : Who Do You Choose To Serve?

  • Where is the strong public expression of disapproval against sin?
  • Where are the Christians in America?
  • Where is the condemnation of evil?
  • Where is the declaration of His Truth?
From His Word:
Psalm 119:126–149 (The Living Bible) Lord, it is time for you to act. For these evil men have violated your laws, 127 while I love your commandments more than the finest gold. 128 Every law of God is right, whatever it concerns. I hate every other way. 129 Your laws are wonderful; no wonder I obey them. 130 As your plan unfolds, even the simple can understand it. 131 No wonder I wait expectantly for each of your commands. 132 Come and have mercy on me as is your way with those who love you. 133 Guide me with your laws so that I will not be overcome by evil. 134 Rescue me from the oppression of evil men; then I can obey you. 135 Look down in love upon me and teach me all your laws. 136 I weep because your laws are disobeyed. 137 O Lord, you are just and your punishments are fair. 138 Your demands are just and right. 139 I am indignant and angry because of the way my enemies have disregarded your laws. 140 I have thoroughly tested your promises, and that is why I love them so much. 141 I am worthless and despised, but I don’t despise your laws. 142 Your justice is eternal for your laws are perfectly fair. 143 In my distress and anguish your commandments comfort me. 144 Your laws are always fair; help me to understand them, and I shall live. 145 I am praying with great earnestness; answer me, O Lord, and I will obey your laws. 146 “Save me,” I cry, “for I am obeying.” 147 Early in the morning before the sun is up, I am praying and pointing out how much I trust in you. 148 I stay awake through the night to think about your promises. 149 Because you are so loving and kind, listen to me and make me well again.
Do you call yourself a Christian? This question is straight forward and to the point.
Do you know that if you are born again, then you are a priest? A priest of the Most High God!  Listen to His Words:
Revelation 1:4–6 (NASB95) John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace, from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood— 6 and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
If you are born again then you and I are priests, in the kingdom He has made for us, and as such with the Holy Spirit with us and in us we represent the King. We are in this world but we are not of this world. Go and read the book of John focus on chapter 17; it is crystal clear.   Yet many and I must say most of us do not understand who we are in Christ, nor do we live our lives in a way that testifies and is a witness to this truth.
Today, just as shown to us throughout the Old Testament, we are a fat and lazy people. We are fat with the pleasures of this world, and lazy. Although His Truth is right there before us clearly given in His Word, we are simply are too lazy and unconcerned to read His Word and put it in practice understanding the consequences.
This was the way of Eli and his sons. Although his sons knew the Word and understood the consequences; they relished both in sexual sin and sinning against God to obtain the material things of this world.  Eli was guilty because although he was chosen by God to be in a leadership position, and knew what was happening with his sons he did not admonish what his sons were doing and in fact participated in indulging in the spoils of what they took from the people. He knew it was wrong but allowed it to continue.
The Lord sent an unnamed prophet to Eli with this message.
1 Samuel 2:28–30 (The Living Bible) Didn’t I choose your ancestor Levi from among all his brothers to be my priest, and to sacrifice upon my altar, and to burn incense, and to wear a priestly robe as he served me? And didn’t I assign the sacrificial offerings to you priests? 29 Then why are you so greedy for all the other offerings which are brought to me? Why have you honored your sons more than me—for you and they have become fat from the best of the offerings of my people! 30 “Therefore, I, the Lord God of Israel, declare that although I promised that your branch of the tribe of Levi could always be my priests, it is ridiculous to think that what you are doing can continue. I will honor only those who honor me, and I will despise those who despise me.
The New American Standard renders the last portion:
“for those who honor Me I will honor, and those who despise Me will be lightly esteemed.”
Please pick up your bible and read the first 3 chapters of 1st Samuel. This does not end well for Eli or his sons. But you see our God, the creator of the universe will not be mocked. He will not be played for a fool. And that is exactly what we; and when I say we I mean those who call themselves Christians in America today; are doing. We go to church on Sundays and listen to a feel good message, all about the wonderful promises of God to His people; and then are fed the lie that we should be tolerant of all, and embrace all for the sake diversity, then we are to compromise our faith so we may have common ground with those who choose to trample on the Word of God.
When do you hear a word of correction or strong rebuke against sin from the pulpit, or in the Sunday School class or even coming from the pews. We who call ourselves Christians;  with enthusiasm throw His Word and His Commands out the window compromising and indulging with sin and the enemy on every front.
SIN IS SIN. His Word clearly tells us what is, and what is not sin. This is a very settled issue settled by Him before the foundation of the world. Just to make sure He has given His commands to each of us. He has planted them in our hearts and has given His Holy Spirit to be with us and in us should we have questions. So for any born again Christian to argue over what is sin and what is not; is simply foolish. He will confirm His Word and His Law to any who have a willing heart to come before and humble themselves asking with a right heart.
To assume that just because you are born again you have a license to sin and all is forgiven because you have said the sinner’s prayer is simply a lie from the enemy. Read the book of Jude, and the first three chapters of Revelation, and for that matter all of the New Testament.
We cannot practice sin with immunity. It is simply not possible. It is His Word and It is who He is.
He declares and demands  “Be Holy for I am Holy”
But this can only happen for those who humble themselves before him accepting the free gift given when His Son willing went to the cross shedding His Blood and dying on the cross for our sins.
He has also given us the Holy Spirit to be with us and in us.
We are without excuse.
But each of us must choose, Choose Life or Choose Death
Choose Blessing or Choose Curse
Yes, we live in a sinful flesh body, but we cannot condone, embrace, and continue to practice that which we know is sin. Calling evil good and good evil. If we do, we mock His Word, and His sacrifice on the cross. This leaves no redemption available for those who make this choice. Hear His Word:
Hebrews 10:26–31 (The Living Bible) If anyone sins deliberately by rejecting the Savior after knowing the truth of forgiveness, this sin is not covered by Christ’s death; there is no way to get rid of it. 27 There will be nothing to look forward to but the terrible punishment of God’s awful anger, which will consume all his enemies. 28 A man who refused to obey the laws given by Moses was killed without mercy if there were two or three witnesses to his sin. 29 Think how much more terrible the punishment will be for those who have trampled underfoot the Son of God and treated his cleansing blood as though it were common and unhallowed, and insulted and outraged the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to his people. 30 For we know him who said, “Justice belongs to me; I will repay them”; who also said, “The Lord himself will handle these cases.” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
So, if you say you are a Christian, if you are born again then ask yourself what type of priest are you? Do you honor God in what you do, what you embrace and condone and in the way you speak? Are you willing to speak out against sin? Or do you choose not to take action as was the path of Eli? If you do, the Lords reply is very simple and to the point we just read it.
“it is ridiculous to think that what you are doing can continue. I will honor only those who honor me, and I will despise those who despise me.”
It does not matter how big or small your church is. It does not matter if you hold a position as ordained clergy or sit in the pews. It does not matter what your education, background or financial status is. If you have received Him in Your heart and are truly born of the Spirit, you are a priest in His Kingdom and cannot, nor will He allow you to remain silent either in words or in action.
We speak volumes by every action we take and every word we speak or don’t speak. We tell the world exactly who we are and who we live for. Those He has placed in leadership positions are there to proclaim His truth regardless of the consequences for everyone to hear. Those who are His are not to remain silent because if you truly are His you cannot be silent. In your silence you choose to serve the enemy. .
Yet that is what we are witnessing today, here and now in this country and in this time. We are witnessing for the most part complete silence.
Don’t you know He will provide for those who are faithful, which is His promise and His truth. Yes, they may persecute those who speak out but count it as joy. He clearly told us this while He walked on this earth.
So where is the outcry, where is the public acclamation of truth. What are you hearing from the pulpit? Why is His Truth not being proclaimed with vigilance from every church and every ministry in this nation?
Our government has openly and with vigor endorsed, declared and mandated that we accept and celebrate every form of evil, vile and abominable sexual behavior as the “new norm”  and further they have even thrust these aborting practices and teachings upon our innocent children crying that by doing so they are being “kind to all”.
We will each be judged harshly if we do not speak out against this and take action. “He who knows what is right and does not do it; for him or her it is sin”.
Those who claim to be “Christians in America” where is your voice? Where is the voice of your leadership standing for His truth? For each of you occupy a pew, where is your voice denouncing evil? Where is your outcry?
Is your voice not being heard because the enemy is drowning you out? No, not at all, the enemy has convinced you that there is no reason to object, that evil is good and good is evil. No, you are not heard because you are not willing to speak, hardly uttering a sound thinking you will lose the positions, comforts and wealth you have acquired.
But don’t you see by your own actions and inactions it is evident you are simply not willing to speak His Truth but are more than willing to whole heartily embrace sin and  compromise to the carnal world and the god of this world.
It truly appears as if you America have made your choice. It is the god of this world you choose to serve not the Lord of Lord and King of Kings.
